Processing Returns
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the result. Lifetime Warranty Policy
Coverage for defects
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers only normal use of the product. If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect at any point during its lifespan, we will replace it free for charge.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or inproper care as per our care instructions. It also does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the funcionality of the product.

Replacement
After we receive your defect product we will send you another one free for charge, with the same adress as your first purchase.
