If you’re unsatisfied within 14 days or if the chinstrap breaks, email support@certifiedsleepers.com for a pre-paid return label. Once received, attach the label to the original package and send it back to us for a full refund. Sending it to us is completely free

Each package contains one chinband and two extenders for extra sizing options.
