Certified Sleepers are confident in our product. We offer free returns within 14 days if the customer is not satisfied. And we also provide a Lifetime Warrenty if the Chinstrap ever gets broken.

If you’re unsatisfied within 14 days or if the chinstrap breaks, email support@certifiedsleepers.com for a return label. Once received, attach the label to the package and send it back to us for a full refund. Sending it to us is completely free

Currently, we only offer shipping to the USA, but we plan to expand to international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates on when this service will be available.

We offer Standard Shipping which takes 5-7 days, and 2-Day express which takes 2 days
