If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  • Returns are completely free.

  • Email us at support@certifiedsleepers.com with your order number and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

  • Put this on the original packaging and send it at your local post office. 

  • You’ll receive your refund within 3–8 business days after we receive the return

The time it takes to post the refund to your account may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.

We stand by the quality of our product — for life.

✔️ Coverage
Our chinbands are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product.
This warranty covers only normal use of the product. If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge.

❌ Exclusions
This warrenty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim

    2. Attach photos if requested

    3. We’ll provide a free return shipping label

    4. Once we receive the item, we’ll send a replacement to your original address
